The company has representatives in every part of the world and its products are exported most countries in the world. There are training facilities at the head office in Sweden and also at centres in China, Japan, USA, Holland, Italy, Poland, Spain and Germany.
     
  Education and training
In 1980 the company built its own workshop and office facilities. Special repair jobs could be carried out on the premises and new techniques tried out and tested. Furthermore, JOSAM could concentrate on a training centre for customers and hold courses in the company´s own lecture rooms. Since the start of the training programme, customers from all over the world have attended courses under the guidance of experienced technicians.
JOSAM has introduced its own training programme aimed at giving mechanics, foremen and insurance claims adjustors from the trucking industry practical and theoretical instruction in the handling of JOSAM’s straightening equipment and alignment methods. The courses concentrate on frame and cab straightening, wheel and axle alignment and axle correction. All companies associated with JOSAM’s products have the opportunity to obtain training for their personnel at training centres which have been established in various locations around the world to reduce the geographical distance between the customer and us.
